My friend Laura and I hosted a little gals night last week. Wanting to serve a
healthy dessert option, she made these healthy and scrumptious treats! She just cored and sliced apples horizontally and scooped a, 60% creamy peanut butter, 30% granola, 10% chocolate chips mixture, in between two apple slices! Way easy and yummy.

Haha! Yay!! So easy! I just tried it with Justin's Maple Almond butter.. SO YUM, not to mention a bit better for you than peanut butter.. ;)
