Yes, that cookie name is ridiculous :)
but these cookies are ridiculous.
Hands down the best GF cookie I've ever had. No processed sugar, no flour, and no dairy?!
These things are amazing and blow my last post on GF cookies out of the water :) Thank you Lori for sharing this fab recipe with me!
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 c dark chocolate chips
1/4 c oil (grapeseed or olive)
1/4 c honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
Mix wet and dry ingredients. Roll cookies into 1 inch balls. Place on parchment lined baking sheet. Press balls to flatten. Bake at 350 for 7-10 minutes.
Enjoy!

Well those look absolutely delicious! I will be enjoying them in less than an hour!
I am trying these! Where do you buy almond flour? Whole foods? Can you get it at trader"s? Yay!
Ha! I hope you like them Lauren!
Yes Kelli! I buy it at Trader's, also if you use it often Amazon sells it in bulk for the best price :)

Ok, these were amazing and a huge hit with my boys who are trying to heal their tummies and have a super limited diet. So far, so good in any adverse reactions to them. Thanks so much for sharing!
