I wanted to do something fun for Chad's 30th birthday :) so I combined some of his favorite people with some of his favorite food! We had a wonderful evening last night enjoying friends and family! I kept the decor simple, fresh flowers around the house, hung classic Chad pictures on twine with clothes pins, and as always at our house lots and lots of candles! I found a new local flower mart and scored on kale, black dahlias ( my new favorite fall flower! ), bells of Ireland, and lots of white stalk!
I really wanted to be able to spend the night hanging with Chad and our guests, so I ordered all the food from www.zekessmokehouse.com/ in West Hollywood. This is the closest thing to Texas we can get. It was delicious and It was SO nice being able to not have to cook and clean it all up! ( I love the cook part but dread the clean up part:) We had a great night enjoying our dear friends and celebrating my wonderful husband :) He is so loved and I saw that so much last night!

What a fun idea to hang all the pix. Lovely arrangements. I bet he felt like he was eating dinner right back in TX...unless you ate off of actual plates rather than butcher paper!
