She asked me for good protein snack food...hence all the seeds, nuts and high in natural fat ingredients :)<br /><br />And my guys are bottomless pits! The high calories help them to stay full for longer! <br /><br />But very true E-Wife! I di...Ok...just made these and they are SO delish! I didn't have pineapple so I substituted mango and dried blueberries, and also subbed out the pepitas for sunflower seeds. <br /><br />Only bummer is, I figured out the calories in each (if you make 24).<br />350!!! Yikes.
